Adjust the nut and bridge to suit the actual guitar
How the Classical Guitar is Made
Firmly attached without glue!
Let's have a look at how the cow-bone nut slides into the guitar.
After assembly, the shape of each guitar may differ by one hundredth of a millimeter. The nut and saddle need to be adjusted to suit each guitar. The nut should be leveled flat and the cow-bone shaved so that the height and shape fit each guitar perfectly.
Adhesive is not used to attach the nut and saddle. They are wedged firmly for snug and tight fit. Six grooves should be chiseled for the strings, attach the tuning keys and tune the strings.
