We are hiring: Music School Operation Executive

Reporting to: General Director

I. Job Description:

Overall purpose

• Support student enrollment, course and classes management (40%)

• Manage Music School daily tasks (25%)

• Support accounting tasks and marketing activities (15%)

• Retain and improve customer satisfaction (20%)

1- Key responsibilities and duties (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)

Responsible on student and course management: (40%)

- Increase students’ registration and retention

- Following up with students about lessons and homework

- Manage class transfers, school fee refunds and savings

- Key consultant and coordinator of Music School to consult parents and students about school activities and classes contents.

Manage Music School daily admin tasks: (25%)

Support accounting tasks and marketing activities (15%)

- Handle students’ payment (cash, transfer…)

- Cooperate with accounting department for issuing VAT invoice related to music school

- Support marketing activities music school

- Establish and maintain harmonious relationship with international schools

Retain and improve customer satisfaction (20%)

- Handle students care activities

- Handle students/ parents’ complaints, and keep track of students/ parents’ requests

- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Required working experience

- At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service in Education Centers

Required qualifications

- At least college degree in Music Education/ Business Administration

Required languages

- English proficiency

- Self – motivated, dedicated and integrity

** Working time: 192 hours/ a month
