Yamaha's Clavinova™ "CLP-585" Receives "Red Dot Design Award"

Yamaha Corporation's digital piano Clavinova "CLP-585" has received the internationally prestigious Red Dot Design Award in the Product Design 2015 presented by the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen (Design Center) in Germany. This is the second time the CLP-585 has received a major award, following the receipt of the 2014 Good Design Award.

Le Diplomate Installs Yamaha CIS Series at Multisports Centre

Le Diplomate Audiovisual of Montreal was recently involved in installing a sound system in the Community Room of the new 6,200 sq.ft. Multisports Center in Ville de Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec Canada. Completed in January 2015, the high-quality sports facility offers a variety of activities all under one roof, including basketball, hockey, ice skating, etc. It is also used as a youth day camp when students are on holiday from school.

Yamaha Corporation and Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. will present a joint exhibit in the "Ninth Edition of the Biennale Internationale Design Saint-Etienne 2015" from March 12 through 22. This will be the second time for Yamaha Corporation to have a booth at the event (the first was in 2013) as well as the first time for the Yamaha Corporation and Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. to jointly exhibit at the event.
