SENIOR FRANCHISE DEVELOPER- MUSIC SCHOOL

Reporting to: General Director

I. Job Description:

Overall purpose

- In charge of propagating and franchising YMVN musical education as company target

- Develop sources of candidates that can qualify to become franchise owners.

- Understand master franchise agreement and communicate well with Yamaha head quarters for localization

- Assist prospective franchise owners through the process of purchasing a franchise.

Key responsibilities and duties

- Develop sources and compile lists of future franchise owners. Identify quality candidates and counsel with the candidate to walk them through a quality decision process. Assist in financially qualifying prospective franchise owners.

- Develop Franchise Scheme and contract along with master franchise agreement and local regulations

- Coordinate and support music school activities/events

- Ensure overall franchise performance optimization, qualification & relationship management with music school partners.

- Coordinate site analytics, selection, and negotiation activities.

- Share best practices across franchise centers to improve financial performance, customer experience, and franchisee satisfaction.

- Create and update franchise centre-specific briefing documents and material for both internal and franchisee use.

- Maintain and analyze records of franchise centre-level performance metrics and data with the effective solutions

- Ensure effective franchisee servicing and management

- Identify, negotiate terms and contract with external vendors and service providers.

- Assist in the periodic budget review, summarizing key insights.

- Other tasks are assigned by line manager

Required working experience

- At least 5 years working experience in franchise business development, educational franchise business is a plus

Required qualifications

- At least Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Business Administration

- English proficiency
