We are hiring: Trade Marketing Manager

Reporting to: General Manager

I. Job Description:

1- Overall purpose

- Propose and implement marketing strategies to enhance customers and brand awareness and products demands

- Lead Marketing team to reach KPI following with company objectives

2- Key responsibilities and duties

- Assist dealers as the company marketing strategy, including message, marketing materials, and brand awareness development

- Build and develop marketing strategies/ activities to generate interest, and creat demand for the products

- Design marketing plans for individual products, oversee and analyze new products launches campaign effectively.

- Advertise on appropriate promotional procedures from customer data analysis and marketing trends.

- Manage marketing budget efficiently to optimize the quality and price.

- Lead and manage short – term and long – term trade marketing projects.

- Recruit, train, restructure and manage to maximize marketing team competency

- Meet marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

- Manage inventories and slow moving products, and products price

- Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies

- Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

- Set marketing’s KPI to manage activity within the team

- Other tasks assigned by line manager

3- Required working experience

• At least 10 years in Sales and Marketing, 5 years at Manager level

4- Required qualifications

• BA degree in Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing

5- Required languages

• English proficiency

6- Required knowledge and skills

• Leadership and influence skills with the strong sales/business mindset

• Decisive skills with strategic thinking

• Communication proficiency

• Proactive on problem solving/analysis

• Results driven and strategic thinking Negotiation and communication
