We are hiring: Music School Supervisor

Reporting to: General Director

I. Job Description:

1- Overall purpose

- In charge of operations related to the project established and run Yamaha Music School to reach company objectives

- Manage and develop music school staffs/ teachers to reach sales target and lessons quality

- In charge of propagating and universalizing musical education

2- Key responsibilities and duties

Maximize students’ enrollments to reach targets

Students management

- Well Manage and update students’ data base

- Solve and support students’ problems and increase their satisfaction during classes

- Evaluate and analyze students’ developments

- Be the key contact among students, parents and schools to timely delivery the high quality feedbacks

Teachers management and development

- Work with Yamaha Music Head Quarter in Japan to organize and develop teacher trainings to reach the company requirements

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning with the reports and surveys

- Recruit, manage and develop teachers to achieve given KPI

Music School materials management and development

- Manage, develop and translate textbooks and teaching materials

- Develop brochure, leaflet, POSM, clips, and document translation

Plan, organize and execute projects to enhance the quality of classes, teachers and music school to increase school visibilities as company strategies

Evaluate School of Music programs to maintain competitiveness with other schools offering performing arts degrees

Conduct and analyze customers survey to develop the suitable strategies reaching customers’ demand

Manage contracts or certificates related school project

Cooperate with related departments to run the marketing campaigns/ events

Manage, guide and develop staffs to reach Music School KPI

Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

3- Required working experience

• At least 4 years, included at least 2 years in Music School Academic Development at superior level is a plus

4- Required qualifications

• BA degree in Music Education/ Business Administration

5- Required languagues

• English proficiency

6- Required knowledge and skills

• Able to work independently and proactive

• Strategic leader-ship and decision making

• Customer-focused with effective customer-handling skills

• Self – motivated, dedicated and integrity

• Analysis and problem-solving
